Edwards Isuzu UTE

We had an issue with our Isuzu MUX just before Christmas 2022.The ESC and Check Engine lights were coming on intermittently.Our local mechanic, try as he might, could not resolve the issue and contacted Edwards Isuzu in Narrogin for advice.Edwards Isuzu offered to look at the car before the Christmas but we could not get it to Narrogin.We made an appointment for 3 January 2023.Edwards Isuzu mechanic, Zane, worked his magic and managed to clear the faults. (We did not get Zane's role title. He may have been the Service Manager)The team at Edwards Isuzu were polite, professional and friendly.They kept us inform during the process. And are pleading our case for a warranty claim. (This we did not ask for or expect)We will use Edwards Isuzu in the future.

Very helpful with a breakdown warranty claim and also found the time to install a tow bar once requested, highly recommend customer experience

I met a rep from this dealership at the 2023 woolorama and mentioned to him a missing part in our console. He offered to lodged a claim on our behalf. We instead went back to our dealer in Albany again and mentioned this conversation. Claim now lodged and approved after initially being told we would need to buy a complete console insert. Btw - missing part was only the top of cap from 4x4 knob.

Been over a year still haven't got our car that we ordered. What a joke
